EU AI Act Compliance Training (Article 4)
AI literacy training the law requires your staff to have.
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has been directly applicable since 2 February 2025. Every company whose staff uses AI at work - including everyday tools like ChatGPT or Copilot - must provide documented, role-proportional AI literacy training. There is no company-size threshold and no opt-out.
If someone on your team has opened ChatGPT for work, this applies to you.
